Temp

Using a Temporary member of staff

can sometimes seem expensive but it does have many advantages if used in the right way:

Ad Hoc / last minute staff cover

Perfect to cover a member of staff who has called in sick or needs to take some annual leave. You can call us any time of the day and we'll get someone to you as soon as we can.

Flexibility 

If you have a business that needs to flex up and down according to sales then a Temp could be the best solution. Only book them on the days you require and save on staff costs and overheads on your quieter days.

The right fit

If the employee we have chosen is not the right fit for the role, inform us immediately and we will source another suitable employee for you.

No Legal Obligations

We ensure that all our staff are given the same benefits, rights, training and support as permanent staff members.

Employers/companies who use our staff have no legal obligations to do so as the worker is ’employed’ by us and not the place where they work.

Temp to Perm

We advertise and recruit for a specific position within your company. For 12 weeks the candidate will be working as a Temp worker and after this period will become a permanent employee of your company. There are many benefits of choosing Temp to Perm:

Finding the right candidate

We do all the background prior to the candidate starting work with your company but sometimes the candidate selected may still not be the right person for the job. Temp to Perm allows a no commitment 12 week trial of an employee which can be ended at any stage. We will simply find another suitable candidate for you. We can also make arrangements to extend the 12 week period if you need more time.

No Commitment

We understand the current economic climate. Sometimes businesses need to take a step back and reduce staffing levels.

No Fees

Unlike most other recruitment solutions companies we will not charge an admin fee or handover fee at the end of the 12 weeks. We have no hidden charges and we are completely transparent with all our T&Cs.

Finders Fee Permanent Position

If your company does not want to use temporary workers then we have a solution for you.

​

The Finders Fee Permanent Position service is perfect for companies who have a permanent vacancy to fill but simply don't have the time to advertise, CV check and recruit.

Send us a Job Spec and any qualifications needed and our experienced team will do the rest.

​

The fee will be agreed upfront (usually a percentage of the annual salary) and will not be payable until the candidate is in position.
